Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your billing page.

Accessing billing

Navigate to Dashboard → Billing to manage your subscription. Click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal where you can view your current plan, update payment methods, and make changes.

Upgrading your plan

When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately. You get access to the higher plan's features and credit allowance right away. The billing is prorated so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrading your plan

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan's features until the end of the current period. If you are on the Creator Studio plan with 5 brands and downgrade to a single-brand plan, you will need to decide which brand to keep active.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your existing posts, content history, and social account connections are preserved. You simply cannot generate new content without credits.

What happens to your content

Your posts and content remain in your account regardless of plan changes or cancellation. You can still view everything. Scheduled posts will continue to publish. The only limitation after cancellation is that you cannot generate new content without an active plan or available credits.
