How add-on packs work
Add-on credit packs are one-time purchases that give you extra credits on top of your subscription allowance. Unlike subscription credits that reset each billing cycle, add-on credits never expire. They remain in your account until you use them.
Available packs
Add-on credit packs are available in sizes of 5, 10, and 25 credits. You can purchase as many packs as you need at any time from your billing page. The credits are added to your balance immediately after purchase.
Credit usage order
When you generate content, the system uses your subscription credits first. Once your subscription credits are exhausted for the current billing cycle, the system draws from your add-on credits. This ensures your non-expiring add-on credits are preserved as long as possible.
When to buy add-ons
Add-on packs are perfect for busy months when you need more content than your plan allows. For example, during a product launch or holiday campaign, you might temporarily need more posts. Rather than upgrading your entire plan, purchase a credit pack to cover the spike.
Tip: If you consistently run out of subscription credits before the end of your billing cycle, it may be more cost-effective to upgrade your plan rather than buying add-on packs every month.
