Post Statuses
Every post in SocialWhisper goes through a lifecycle of statuses from creation to publication.
Status reference
DraftCreated but not published or scheduled. You can edit freely.
GeneratingAI is creating the text and image. Usually takes 10-30 seconds.
ScheduledQueued to publish at a specific date and time.
PublishingBeing sent to your social media platforms right now.
PublishedSuccessfully posted to all connected platforms.
Partially PublishedPosted to some platforms but not all. Check error details.
FailedCould not publish. Credit is refunded automatically.
Stuck on Generating?
Generation typically completes within 30 seconds for text and images. If a post stays in the Generating status for more than 5 minutes, it likely failed. Your credit is automatically refunded. You can try generating again from the same topic.
Handling failures
Common causes for failed posts include disconnected social accounts, content policy violations on certain platforms, or rate limiting. Click into a failed post to see the specific error details and take corrective action such as reconnecting an account or editing the content.
