Set Up Your Brand

Create a project and configure your brand profile so the AI generates content that matches your voice.

Creating a project

In SocialWhisper, a project represents one brand or business. From your dashboard, click the + button to create a new project. Enter your project name and choose your account type: Individual or Business. You will be taken to your Brand Settings page to complete the profile.

Filling in your brand profile

Your brand profile is the foundation of all AI-generated content. The more detail you provide, the better the AI understands your brand. Here is what you should configure:

  • Brand description: A brief summary of what your brand does and what makes it unique.
  • Content goals: What you want to achieve with your content, such as brand awareness, engagement, or lead generation.
  • Target audience: Who your content is for, including demographics, interests, and pain points.
  • Tone and personality: Choose traits like witty, bold, warm, professional, or casual.
  • Content pillars: Recurring themes that your content should cover, such as industry tips, behind-the-scenes, or product updates.

Multiple brands

You can create multiple projects under one account if your plan supports it. The Solo and Creator plans support 1 brand, while the Creator Studio plan supports up to 5 brands. Each project has its own brand profile, social accounts, and content history.

Tip: You can update your brand profile at any time from Settings → Brand. Changes take effect on your next content generation.
